Security

How Scoop protects your data and your operating playbook

Your operating data and your playbook are among your most valuable assets. Scoop is built to protect both.

SOC 2

Scoop has been SOC 2 certified since 2025.

Read-only access to your data

Scoop connects to your data with read-only credentials or receives a scheduled extract that your IT team controls. Scoop never writes to your systems.

Strict separation between clients

Your data is never shared with or visible to other Scoop clients. Each engagement operates in an isolated environment, and we keep strict walls between client implementations.

Your playbook stays yours

The operating knowledge your team shares with us during onboarding, and every update after it, is used only to deliver your implementation. We do not share information collected from your team outside the teams and systems required to deliver your service.

Access to briefings

You decide who receives briefings, and we maintain the access list with you. Where your rollout includes online access, managers sign in using the method agreed for your organization. Their access is limited to the briefings they are authorized to view, such as their district and its locations.

Encryption and testing

Credentials and access keys are encrypted. We run regular penetration and vulnerability tests on our application and infrastructure.

Specific requirements

If your organization has specific security, privacy, or data-residency requirements, raise them during discovery and we will walk through them with your security team.
