Setup Workflow:

  1. Go to Account > AI Provider Settings.
  2. Select Provider:
    • Scoop AI (Default - We manage the keys).
    • Claude (Anthropic): Optimized for reasoning.

  4. Test Key: Click "Test" to verify connectivity before saving.
  5. Save: The key is stored securely.

  4. Pending Invitations: You can view and cancel sent invites in the "Pending" tab.

Workspace Configuration

  • Week Start Day: Go to Workspace Settings to toggle between "Monday" (ISO) or "Sunday" (US) start for all date calculations.

4. Data Source Configuration

When creating or editing a dataset (Inbox), you have granular control:

General Properties

  • Keep Only Current: If checked, new uploads replace old data. If unchecked, they append (creating a history).
  • Incremental: Use this for "Delta" loads where you only upload changed rows.
  • Multiple Same Day Loads: Allow uploading the same file multiple times per day (useful for intra-day reporting).

Email Ingestion

  • Scoop generates a unique email address for every inbox: [inboxName]@scoopup.report.
  • Usage: Auto-forward report emails (with CSV/Excel attachments) to this address to ingest data automatically.

Slack Alerts

Requirement: Team Plan.

  1. Open the Slack Configuration dialog on your dataset.
  2. Select Channel: Search for the Slack channel you want alerts in.
  3. Toggle On: Scoop will now post summaries to that channel whenever new data is loaded.
