Importing Outreach Data
Option 1: Export Reports from Outreach
- In Outreach, navigate to Analytics or Reports
- Select your report type (Team, Sequence, Individual)
- Set your date range and filters
- Click Export and choose CSV format
- Upload to Scoop as a new dataset
Option 2: Scheduled Email Reports
- In Outreach, configure report scheduling
- Add your Scoop ingest email address as a recipient
- Select CSV format for attachments
- Set your delivery frequency
